PM Beef encourages producer partners to include selenium yeast and vitamin E in their cattle rations. Selenium and vitamin E not only improve the health of the animal, but they also improve and maintain the fresh looking, cherry-red color of the meat. PM Beef customers recognize the value of including selenium and vitamin E in the ration.
