PM Beef is located in southwestern Minnesota, the heart of the Midwest corn- and cattle-raising area. Our producer partners are family farmers who are committed to producing top-quality beef raised according to most humane cattle-raising standards. Our family farmers work with nutritionists to help them formulate nutrient-rich, corn-based diets. This diet, together with exacting production standards, helps them produce consistent, high-quality, delicious-tasting beef.
Family farmers provide exceptional animal care
Our producer partners work closely with their veterinarians to provide the highest level of animal care. They understand that stress affects beef quality so they do everything possible to minimize stressful conditions. Cattle have continuous clean water and feed and plenty of space to walk around and lie down. Most family farmers check on their cattle several times a day to make sure they are healthy and comfortable.
Superior genetics
Our family farmers produce beef from cattle with superior genetics that have been tested and proven superior for meat quality. Many of them are committed to using Angus genetics — long recognized for high-quality, tender, juicy beef.
